### Steps for Windows

1. Open the link above in your browser.
2. Look for the latest release or download option.
3. Download the Windows app file.
4. If the file is in a zip folder, right-click it and choose Extract All.
5. Open the extracted folder.
6. Double-click the app file to run it.
7. If Windows shows a security prompt, choose Run anyway if you trust the source.

## 🧭 First-time setup

After you open the app for the first time:

1. Allow microphone access when Windows asks.
2. Check that your speakers or headphones are on.
3. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
4. Sign in if the app asks for an account.
5. Open the agent screen.
6. Start a test call or voice session.
7. Speak clearly and wait for the reply.

## 🎤 How to use knowl

### Create a voice agent

1. Open the app.
2. Choose the option to create a new agent.
3. Enter a name for the agent.
4. Set the voice you want.
5. Save the agent.

### Talk to an agent

1. Open your saved agent.
2. Click the talk or call button.
3. Allow microphone access if asked.
4. Speak your message.
5. Listen to the reply.

### Share an agent

1. Open the agent you want to share.
2. Find the share option.
3. Copy the link or export option.
4. Send it to the person who should use it.

## 🛠️ Common issues

### The app does not open

- Check that the file finished downloading
- Extract the zip folder first if needed
- Right-click the app and try Run as administrator
- Restart your PC and try again

### The microphone does not work

- Open Windows Settings
- Go to Privacy and Security
- Open Microphone
- Allow access for the app and browser
- Check that no other app is using the microphone

### The voice sounds wrong or does not play

- Check your speaker volume
- Try headphones
- Refresh the app
- Open the agent settings and choose another voice

### The page stays blank

- Reload the app
- Close and reopen it
- Clear browser data if you ran it in a browser-based build
- Make sure your internet connection is active

## 🔒 Privacy and access

Voice apps may use audio input, cloud services, and stored agent data. Use only the account and settings you want to keep. Check your microphone access before starting a session.
