- **AI Orchestration**: Built to connect to local `ollama` endpoints (`http://localhost:11434`), ensuring complete data privacy for your catalog data without relying on expensive cloud APIs.

## 🚀 Getting Started (Local Dev)

The repository requires zero cloud-infrastructure dependencies. You can run the entire platform, including the AI and Database, entirely on your machine.

### 1. Database Initialization
```bash
cd packages/core-db
npx prisma db push
npx tsx seed.ts
```

### 2. Start Next.js App
```bash
cd apps/web
npm run dev
```

### 3. Connect Local Ollama (Optional but Recommended)
For local AI chat generations in the Catalog page, ensure you have Ollama installed and running in the background:
```bash
ollama serve
ollama pull llama3
```

Visit `http://localhost:3000` to access the MerchantPilot dashboard.
